Cheer Clinic open to anyone Grades Pre-k (4) - 8th. Members of the Chippewa Valley Cheer Team and coaching staff with guide students through a variety of cheer basics including warm-up, cheer skills, basic stunting & tumbling, sideline chants and a cool down. Pre-registered participants will receive a t-shirt, bow, and admittance to the September 19th Junior Varsity Football game where students will give a sideline performance. We will also provide a snack and drink. Note: Families planning to attend the game will need to purchase their Athletic game ticket online through GoFan. (https://gofan.co/) Registration after September 11th, 2023 will not be guaranteed a shirt. Coaches are not responsible for supervision once sideline performance is complete

Credit FORWARD is for students who have not taken a class prior and want to make room in their schedule. Counselor approval must be gotten prior to registration and will be verified.

Currently, no signature is needed from the counselor in order to register, however, it is suggested that the students should have reached out to their counselor via email to verify that the class/classes they are registering for will fulfill their graduation requirements. Chippewa Valley offers several courses in Credit Recovery to meet student's needs. Please note that Credit Recovery Testing can only be registered for by calling (586)723-6954.

Credit Recovery Classes are designed to assist students in recovering classes needed for graduation. Currently, no signature is needed from the counselor in order to register, however, it is suggested that the students should have reached out to their counselor via email to verify that the class/classes they are registering for will fulfill their graduation requirements. Chippewa Valley offers several courses in Credit Recovery to meet student's needs. Students will need to supply their own computer/device for the summer credit recovery program. STUDENTS MUST HAVE TAKEN A COURSE IN A PREVIOUS TERM AND NOT PASSED IN ORDER TO REGISTER FOR THIS COURSE. PLEASE NOTE: Registrations June 30th through July 6th will have their username and password sent to them on July 10th after 8am. The district is closed June 30th through July 9th so no staff is available for questions. We appreciate your understanding and wish you a Happy 4th of July! Please make sure that you register for the correct fee. Those not qualifying for free or reduced lunch fee will be charged the additional amount and if not paid, the class will not receive credit.

This girls' volleyball camp is designed to teach incoming 7th & 8th graders the fundamental skills of volleyball. It will provide training and competition at Dakota High School. The camp will focus on developing proper individual techniques such as: forearm passing (footwork, arm position, run-thru, shuffle and extensions), serving (toss, contact, float, top-spin & jump serves), setting (footwork, hand position and running an offense), attacking (footwork, arm swing, 2 & 3 step approaches), court positioning (offense, defense, 5-1, 6-2). Dakota varsity volleyball players will help instruct the camp under the supervision of Dakota Varsity coach Melissa Criteser and coaching staff.
