THIS IS REGISTRATION FOR SACC SUMMER CAMP
BILLING FOR SUMMER SACC DIFFERS FROM THE BILLING FOR THE SCHOOL YEAR PROGRAM.
IF BOTH SUMMER LOCATIONS ARE FULL, NEW REGISTRATIONS WILL BE PLACED ON A
WAITING LIST AND HELD IN PENDING STATUS.
FAMILIES WILL BE NOTIFIED IF A SPOT BECOMES AVAILABLE!
Summer S.A.C.C. Age Requirements: CVS exiting Kindergarten thru exiting 5th grade. Children must have completed Kindergarten to be eligible.
CVS students may register from April 20 - May 24, 2026.
Registration fees are non-refundable at a rate of $75 per family for the summer.
S.A.C.C. summer rate structure per child is $5.25 per hour.
All family accounts must be enrolled in automatic weekly payments (AutoPay) using a valid credit or debit card. The card must remain active and on file at all times. NO ACH (checking/savings), cash, or check payments allowed! Billing statements are processed each Monday for the previous weeks services.
If AutoPay does not successfully process by the end of the day Friday due to a card issue, a $5.00 late fee will be added to your account. This fee will continue to accrue weekly until the balance is paid in full. If the balance is not paid following your late fee assessment, your child will be unable to attend S.A.C.C. summer camp until balance is paid.
If your child(ren) are scheduled to attend S.A.C.C. summer camp and is absent or a “no show” without updating the schedule in Eleyo or contacting the S.A.C.C. site, a $5.00 no-show fee is automatically assessed.
*The email and password that you create will be needed to access Eleyo to adjust schedules and make payments. Once registration is submitted, you will receive an email advising you that your contract is pending. Once contract is approved, you will receive another email with your confirmation.
