Summer School Credit Recovery Session
Home of the 2006 and 2007 Division 1 State Champions! Dakota Speed / Agility / Weight Training Camp for entering grades 9-12. The techniques taught will help increase players speed, vertical jump, and horizontal movement. All workouts consist of weight training along with speed development and technique specific work.
